Terms of Service

The terms on which we provide this website and our advisory engagements.

This website is operated by Divino Comercio Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 15623775), with registered office at Regus, Oxford House, 12–20 Oxford Street, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 1JB. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Information only

The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. It does not constitute professional, commercial, legal, financial or investment advice, and no advisory or client relationship is created until agreed in writing between you and Divino.

2. Booking a consultation

Consultations are booked through our scheduling provider and confirmed once payment of the applicable session fee has been received. By booking, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to make the booking on behalf of any organisation you represent.

3. Engagements and fees

Advisory services beyond an initial consultation are provided under a separate written engagement agreement. The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any specific engagement are governed by that agreement. Where there is a conflict between these terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement prevails.

4. Payment

Session fees and engagement fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Your responsibilities

Our advice is only as good as the information it rests on. You agree to provide accurate and complete information relevant to the matter on which you seek our input. Decisions you take, and their outcomes, remain your responsibility; our role is to inform and improve those decisions, not to guarantee a particular result.

6. Accuracy of information

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we give no warranty that it is complete or error-free and, to the extent permitted by law, accept no liability for any reliance placed on it.

7. Intellectual property

All content and materials on this site are owned by or licensed to Divino Comercio Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced or republished without our prior written permission. Frameworks, methods and deliverables provided during an engagement are subject to the terms of the relevant engagement agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, and to the terms of any engagement agreement, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the website or an initial consultation is limited to the fees paid for that consultation.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
